November of 2011, the official groundbreaking took place for SMC Corporation Limited’s factory expansion. A year had passed and the factory’s frontage extension was done, indicating the near completion of the entire expansion project.  Machine assembly line and the factory’s office are now located at the new factory’s frontage. The old area of the machine assembly line will be utilized for the location of the  brand new, state-of –the-art CNC machines.
 
The new three (3) storey fully air conditioned office with its simple yet elegant design, features spacious and well-ordered “working ambience”. It also boasts several accessible meeting rooms, lounges, kitchens and dining area to ensure that visitors (customers, agents and suppliers) will feel the comfort of work away from home.
 
The factory expansion has one only one goal; to provide customers better service through on-time machine delivery while maintaining the machine’s quality.
