A New Leaf for SMC…Year 2010 Another year has come to an end, and another year has just begun. For SMC Corp. Ltd. it is now the time to reflect on its achievements in the past year, and look forward to the new business year of 2010.
Almost 200 SMC Employees from Bangkok & Kanchanaburi offices will join together for the three (3) days outing this coming January 15-17, 2010 at Khao Yai National Park, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Everybody will leave all work related stress behind and invades the beautiful, breath-taking ambiance of the National Park. SMC management decides that everyone deserves a break, a time to relax and to have fun.
Led by two energetic Executives, Mr. Anuchit Boonthong (President) and Mr. Payont Rakkan-ngan (VP), SMC Staff are all excited and thrilled for the once in a life-time weekend experience waiting to unveil. The whole activity is planned and made possible by our ever active Director, Ms. Oraphan Boonthong.
Khao Yai National Park is the country's first national park. It consists of complicated mountains such as Khao Rom, the highest about 1,351 meters, Khao Lam about 1,326 meters, Khao Keaw about 1,292 meters, Khao Sam Yod about 1,142 meters, Khao Far Pha about 1,078 meters, Khao Kampang about 875 meters, Khao Samor Poon about 805 meters and Khao Kaew about 802 meters above sea level.
Given the population of SMC workers, this vast place is the perfect SMC weekend get-away. This place also offers lots of outdoor activities, camping, bird watching, white water rafting, trekking, etc.
SMC will be closed on the said dates. Work will resume on the 18th of January 2010. Everybody believes that this trip will revitalize everyone’s energy to face another fruitful & bountiful challenge of 2010.
