On last October, SMC's management team and staff members launched a project to promote, support and assist the Baan Nok Kamin Foundation.
Baan Nok Kamin Foundation is a government accredited private foundation and registered under the Thai Law as a non-profit organization. The foundation was created mainly to help and care for orphans, street /homeless children and drug addicts. These social problems came into existence as consequence of the family or home disputes which parents are unable to resolve.
SMC started by collect empty drinking sachets. The sachets will be used to make carry bags and will be sold. The money from selling the drinking sachet made bags will be given to the foundation to support the education of the children.
The first batch of used drinking sachets was delivered to the foundation last 11 November 2015. We will continue to collect and deliver drinking sachets to support the foundation.
SMC is hoping to continue supporting the foundation as well as helping the children in our society.
