Please take note that the extruder unit is one of the most important parts of the machine, but at the same time absorbs greater cost of the machine too.

• All Pneumatic Controllers  - SMC use only Festo (original Festo parts)

Hydraulic Controllers:

• Directional Control Valve – Vickers, USA or Bosch Rexroth, Germany
• Proportional Flow Control Valve – Yuken, Japan
• Accumulator – Nippon, Japan
• Hydraulic Control Valves – Vickers, USA or Bosch Rexroth, Germany

Note:  SMC use only original Rexroth products from Germany.

Electrical Controllers:

• Machine Controllers – choices of Omron, Japan / Barber Colman, USA / Moog, Germany / Siemens, Germany / Beckoff, Germany
• Parison Programmer – Moog 30-points or 400-points / Barber Colman 100-points / Beckoff up to 400-points
• Main Circuit Breaker – Mitsubishi or Hitachi
• Solid State Relay – Celduc
• Magnetic Contactor – Hitachi
