World class branded controllers from Moog, Siemens, Barber Colman, Beckhoff and Omron are fitted. The customer makes the preferred choice of controller unless dictated by the nature of a certain machine. The control system is very user friendly with a high performance. Operational sequence, movement, extruder speed, and temperature control are monitored and set up by means of Human Machine Interface (HMI). In addition, control systems provide high degrees of safty and maintenance assistance by running self-diagnostic programs. Production parameters storing are an integrated part of these control systems.
