Tips of the month: Error message on different controllers

A. Touch Screen Controller Operated Machine  
Problem: Display message shows PLC ERROR (LED)       
Solution: Check the plugs of the electrical connection to the touch screen for proper fit.

B. Barber Colman Controller Operated Machine
Problem: There is no screen display on the touch screen.
Solution: The plugs of the electric connection should be checked for proper fit.
Problem:  If one of the following error messages occurs;

  • Time Slot not running Error
  • Power Going Down
  • Comm. Error

Solution: Try to restart the machine by resetting the electrical connection.
