Post Cooling
The Post Cooling allows a significant increase of productivity by cooling the products in a holding mask before the de-flashing process.

Automatic Take-out & De-Flashing (Triming)
SMC also offers 2 types of fully automated de-flashing (trimming) systems; which are punching and wide mouth cutting (spin trimmer). All processes can be finished within the molding area.
