All working components of SMC machines are production of worlds well known brands, which have their own efficient representative offices around the world. Among this companies: Festo, Vickers, Bosch-Rexoth, Parker, Moog, Siemens, Omron and other names. All this makes service of SMC much easier because load on SMC’s representative own spare parts stock becomes lesser – any part is usually available the same day on SMC’s supplier stock.

The rest components which are subject of tear & wear, e.g. hot cutters, thermocouples are in most of cases available for immediate shipping from the stock.

However, our experience tells that 90% of cases when customer contacts the service department are solved by providing consultation without any real replacement of any parts of the machine with new ones. We are ready to talk to you 7 days a week and even after warranty period is expired. With this you are sure that any unexpected stoppage of SMC machine won’t happen.
