The Range of SMC Extrusion and Injection Blow Molding Machine

SMC offers a wide range of Extrusion Blow Molding Machines and Injection Blow Molding Machines as well as a multiple choice of operational standard accessories and auxiliary equipments, allowing users to take advantage of all the manufacturing flexibility provided by these machines.

SMC High Speed Molding System can process any moldable resin to produce hollow articles with capacities from 5ml up to 60 liters, both for single layer and multi layers. The wide variety for the extrusion heads, extruders, clamping units and accessories will allow the users to choose the most suitable set up for the machine.

Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine

• T Series
  Standard Machines with Inclined Movement and 3 Tie Bars Clamps
  The most popular machines, suitable for most purposes the production capacities ranging from 10 ml to 5 liters (sometimes up to 10). The technical concept and design of the T series machines is time-tested and hundreds of customers worldwide.
   
• TC Series
  Toggle Clamping style with Horizontal Clamping Movement and Directional Valve Controls
  Machines for small and medium sizes for the production of products up to 10 liters. Evolution Series T. TC Series machines are flexible in their configurations, and depending on design and equipment can be used for the simplest, and for the most challenging projects.
   
• TG Series
  Toggle Clamping style with Horizontal Clamping Movement and Proportional Valve Controls
  Most are equipped with extrusion blow molding machines SMC series TG medium and large sizes cover the range produced up to 20 liters. TG machines are configured on the principle of "all inclusive" and complies with the most sophisticated users.
   
• XL Series
  Incline Movement with 2 Tie Bars Clamp
  Blow Molding Machine with the classical concept of closing the site with two guides series XL (2 tie-bar) have a narrow field of application for products up to 10 liters, but extremely well for industries with rapidly changing molds, complex geometry parts and molds for large length.
   
• 30 Series
  Station and Movable Clamp with Accumulator Head
  Large car SMC S series are optimal for the production capacities ranging from 20 to 50-60 liters. This is usually, industrial packaging (cans, barrels, bottles made of polycarbonate) and the technical details (ducts, pipes, tanks, toys and other products with complex geometry, in particular - auto components)
   

Injection Blow Moulding Machine

• IB Series
  The combination of Injection and Blow Molding Machine
  Injection-blow molding machines are designed for the production of hollow plastic containers by injection-blow molding. These machines are essentially a hybrid injection molding and blow molding machines. Machinery Series SMC IB optimal for mass production of small (5-100 ml) nonrectangular plastic container with no sharp edges and without handles.
