T Series
The most popular machines are equipped with clamping hub with three guides, suitable for most purposes the production capacities ranging from 10 ml to 5 liters (sometimes up to 10). The technical concept and design of the T series machines is time-tested and hundreds of customers worldwide.
Hydraulic system of Blow Molding Machines T series with a working pressure of oil within the 80-110 bar as simple and as a consequence, reliable, durable and easy to use.
Center is a hydraulic vane pump Vickers constant performance. Pumps series T, as a rule, have little power, so their consumption does not exceed (and in many sizes smaller), performance driven pumps, which are equipped with many European cars. However, constant capacity pump is easier and less fastidious in the long-term operation.
Fast carriages realized by a simple discrete valve flaps wrapped inhibition in both end positions of the carriage, and the closure is carried out in two speeds (two discrete gidroklapanami). Supply blown Ornov also controlled by discrete throttle valve with easy to install the base speed.
The system includes a hydraulic accumulator, a system of safety valves and two points of filtration (suction filter and filter-back). Components of hydraulic system supplied Bosch-Rexroth, Vickers, Tokimec and Parker, being used only original parts of these manufacturers. Support optimal (given) the oil temperature is carried out by a system of valve opens or closes the flow of cooling water in the oil cooler, and electronics, which monitors the actual temperature of the oil and filing the appropriate commands to the valve or stops the car completely in case of overheating oil.
