Why SMC?

Many people wrongfully think that by purchasing expensive European extrusion or injection blow moulding machine, which will provide themselves with non-stop, non-problem operation and highest quality of finished articles, while by purchasing middle class machine they get stuck in the “average” quality of finished products and make regular machinery out-of-operation condition unavoidable.

SMC’s machines are developed, designed, assembled and tested by SMC's technicians who have these skills:

Technological competence (skill to find technology setups and alter them dependant on production parameters change, e.g. raw material brand and type, requirements of particular customer of blow moulded product, ambient condition and other parameters)

Technical competence (deep understanding of machine operation principles, common work of its units and influence of every unit on production ability and efficiency of equipment, understanding of fact and reasons of tear & wear of certain components of equipment)

Organization / Responsibility / Accuracy (understanding of maintenance regulation importance; un-derstanding of keeping the machine clean regardless if production is of food/medical sector or not; un-compromising attitude in terms of equipments abilities abusage)
